Blacksmith-styled steel always marries very well to timbers. Here, the steel functions as structural, but it also works as a design feature of the house!
The steel bands and rods are produced in the usual manner at a fabrication shop, then pounded with a hammer for texture before getting a powder coat.
At Daizen, we ensure client expectations and understanding of processes are met through all phases of our work, from structural design and engineering to fabrication of timber frames and assembly and installation.
