Kevin Mattson

Joined Daizen in 2008
Kevin has more than two decades of design-build and timber frame experience and applies this knowledge on Daizen projects, from the design concept stage through to the end product.
Kevin received his degree in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and, after graduation, ran his family’s design-build construction business based in California for 10 years. That experience led Kevin to timber framing, which he has been involved in for the past 24 years with numerous companies throughout North America. During that time he has become exceptionally skilled in HSB CAD design. Kevin’s experience, attention to detail, and involved approach have gained him many client and industry accolades.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys travelling, hiking, and working on his home and garden.
